This camp is open to players born in 2004-2009
Our Summer Camp focuses on the building and developing of sport specific skills and improving or building upon current fitness levels.
Each session is developed specifically by a team of professionals who are looking to achieve long term athlete development.

The camp consists of these components each week:
-One on- ice session with focus on skills and shooting - Scheduled for Tuesdays (evening sessions only) 1 Hour- Various Arenas
-Two Off- ice strength workouts (AIM Program)- Mondays and Thursdays (morning or evening sessions) 1 Hour - Saville Center - High Performance Training Center (HPTRC)
-Two Conditioning/Speed/Agility Sessions - Mondays and Thursdays (morning or evening sessions) 1 Hour- Location to be determined.
Strength workouts and Speed/Agility sessions are usually run back to back for a total of 2 hours on Mondays and Thursdays.
The groups will be announced a few days prior to the start of the camp.
What to bring: For any session, remember to have a water bottle and snack/food for after the sessions.
For the on ice sessions please wear full equipment along with a light and a dark jersey. (Jerseys will not be supplied)
