2023 EFAC Pandas Summer Camp

This camp is open to players born in 2005-2010 (Must be a minimum of 12 years old on June 5/2023)

Our Summer Camp focuses on the building and developing of sport specific skills and improving or building upon current fitness levels.

Each session is developed specifically by a team of professionals who are looking to achieve long term athlete development.

The camp consists of these components each week:

-One on- ice session with focus on skills and shooting - Scheduled for Tuesdays (evening sessions only)  1 Hour

-Two Off- ice Strength/Conditioning workouts  (AIM Program)- Mondays and Thursdays (morning or evening sessions) 1 Hour - Saville Center - High Performance Training Center (HPTRC)

-Two Endurance/Speed/Agility Sessions - Mondays and Thursdays (morning or evening sessions) 1 Hour- Location to be determined. 

Strength workouts and Speed/Agility sessions are run back to back for a total of 2 hours on Mondays and Thursdays. 



The groups will be announced a few days prior to the start of the camp. 


What to bring:   For any session, remember to have proper workout clothing, a water bottle and snack/food for after the sessions. 

                         For the on ice sessions please wear full equipment and bring a light and a dark jersey. (Jerseys will not be supplied)

The Strength sessions and the Speed/Agility Sessions will be run one after the other during each morning session and evening sessions.  Approximately 1 hour of each.

Information on the AIM Program:

 The AIM Program is an innovative approach to training that is designed to help athletes build a strong general athletic foundation to support their sport-specific pursuits. By integrating physical and mental training, the AIM Program represents an efficient and effective way to build this foundation at every age and stage of development.

The AIM Program provides an age-appropriate blend of physical that helps athletes to succeed in their sport(s) of choice. It also provides opportunities for coaches to develop specialized competencies in these areas, and to deliver corresponding programming.
