Registration

Because EFAC is a new club, we will be required to file transfers for all players this year (even if you were a Panda last year). For all interested players, please register online via Edmonton Female Athletic Club manual registration form REGISTER HERE . Once you have completed the web form, please submit the following documents by email to registrar@efacpandas.com

• Copy of Alberta Health Care Card;
• Copy of Birth Certificate;
• Proof of residency (copy of a utility bill);
• Signed Parent Declaration Form AVAILABLE HERE
• Notification of Try-Out Form AVAILABLE HERE

Registrations will not be accepted without the required supporting documentation.

Season Fee Information

At registration, you are required to provide a $200.00 tryout fee. Once teams are selected registration and team fees will be assessed, and payment options will be discussed.

Payment Methods

EFAC will accept payment by cheque only. Please make cheques out to Edmonton Female Athletic Club. You may mail your cheque or drop off at:

Respect in Sport

It is mandated by Hockey Alberta that one parent per player must complete Respect in Sport - Parent Online Course Click Here For Respect In Sport . Make sure your child is added to your profile on the Respect in Sport website - players who do not have this qualification showing will not be eligible to participate in any on or off ice activities.

**Starting in the 2018-2019 season, parents will be required to re-certify every four years.**
